　　Description:

　　Summary: Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times. Assist to monitor guest’s needs and as a cashier, responsible for closing checks immediately.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Greets and seats guest in a promptly manner

　　Monitors guest’s needs and responds to them in a cordial manner.

　　Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas as well as maintaining proper supplies for work station and restaurant.

　　Answer telephone lines in a courteous and prompt manner.

　　Accommodate all requests for information courteously.

　　Maintain complete knowledge of company’s policies and procedures

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　6 months of experience preferred

　　High School graduate or equivalent preferred

　　Must be at least 21 years of age

　　Required Work Cards

　　Health Card

　　Alcohol Awareness Card

　　Physical Requirements

　　Regularly walk, stand or stoop, bend and work indoors.

　　Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

　　Hearing, vision, speech and literacy (critical)

　　Regularly work with hot and cold temperatures
