  Boateka is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our specialized dealer services team. This professional administrative position focuses on the administrative tasks associated with the dealer sales process. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment due to customer demand. This position is responsible for processing and organizing all sales documents and files as well as keeping up with our dealership management system, and CRM system. This position assists the SDS Manager with all daily, weekly, and monthly reports. On the job training is provided.

  What you will be doing:

  Put new inventory into dealership management system.

  Price major unit inventory/ boats and verify costs.

  Receive all deal order acknowledgements and order documentation required to build sales deals in our dealer management system.

  Submit and manage the finance application process w/ our third-party finance company, and fax and mail all loan documents.

  Notify sales associate of all updates throughout the sales process to ensure the sales customer is kept up to date by the sales associate.

  Build the closing packages for the sales associate to close the deals and finalize sales deals once boats are delivered.

  Follow departmental procedures including but not limited to red flag and OFAC as they pertain to the sales responsibilities.

  Daily reporting on CRM system

  Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales department. Monitor, update, and publish statistics as they relate to the sales department.

  Verify that all repair orders are closed, MSOs are completed and processed, and complete manufacturer registrations.

  Manage all forms, agreements, and contracts

  Must have excellent organizational skills.

  Outstanding communication and people skills

  Must be able to multitask, think strategically, and work cohesively in a team environment.

  Superior understanding of MS Office/MS Excel and various business software

  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  Ability to maintain vendor relationships.

  Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday.

  This position is full time with variable hours.
