They combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive efficiency and innovation RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overall Accenture Operations Technology Lead and primary point of contact for Accenture Operations providing leadership and coordination across technology teams and technology service providers. • Partners with Client Service Management team to align on major incident communications and escalations. • Ensures that business unit technology priorities are met with limited impact to the business. • Manages virtual technology team to deliver in accordance with agreed-to KPI’s and service levels. • Manages escalated issues and incidents. • Represents Operations with Accenture Technology leadership to ensure that Operations priorities are aligned. • Escalation point for the business units regarding technology issues due to separation. Provides guidance and awareness of separations activities, supporting cutover weekends and ensuring business is aware and participating in acceptance testing of changes. • Accountable for budgets/forecasts/recoveries across all IT Delivery Groups (Infrastructure, Architecture, Tier 3, Application Maintenance). • Works with project leadership to manage IT scope to client commitments Interface to client IT leadership. • Provides weekly status to Client IT leadership. • Ensures that Defects are resolved within SLAs and escalates appropriately when productivity is impacted by technology issues. • Accountable for weekly myWizard status for the engagement, and monthly metrics collection, working with the Application Manager. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 12 years or more experience in service delivery/service management or IT operations/landscape in a BPO setting; as confirmed by the Hiring Manager, the experience can be combined • At least 10 years leadership experience • With stakeholder management experience and has good communications skills as resource will be exposed not only to local counterparts but with the client as well • ITIL v3 or Cloud or Voice platform certification is preferred but NOT required
