D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for an *Internet Sales Specialist/Sales Assistant*in the Sales & Marketing Department. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. Support the Sales Department by administering various tasks and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website, 800-number, and outsourced companiesExercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunitiesConvert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales RepresentativesEnter and update information in a customer management databaseGenerate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mailResponsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective customersEnter Sales Contracts into DHI Sales databaseAssist Sales Managers with special projectsReview and complete reports of competitive sales information for comparison purposesConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyEducation and/or Experience
Associate degree from two-year college or technical schoolOne to three years of related experience and/or trainingAbility to read and write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groupsMust have a vehicle and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred Qualifications
