Description:
Maintenance mechanic position will primarily entail working on VFD's and some Servo Drives, motor circuits, photo eyes as well as troubleshooting and repair of fans, pumps, and wiring up 3phase motors. An ideal candidate would have experience working 480v 3phase and 120v.
Design circuitry by selecting proper components to
perform desired functions
• Modify and fabricate a variety of electrical/electronic
equipment from schematics and sketches
• Troubleshoot PLC program logic for machine control
functions
• Install, maintain, calibrate and repair plant equipment
• Read blueprints, instructions and schematics
• Follow standardized methods of work
Skills:
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of digital
and analog applied electronics
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanical,
hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to weld using arc, gas and mig welding
equipment
• Ability to work from wiring diagrams and specifications
• Ability to interpret electrical, electronic, and
mechanical specifications and manuals
• Ability to construct, calibrate, maintain, and repair
electrical/ele
