　　Summary:

　　This new position has been created to maintain our recently renovated facility, in addition to providing support for either our warehouse/will call or admin team as needed and as your abilities dictate.

　　CED has more than 600 profit centers across the U.S. Each location operates as an independent business, our location currently has 25 employees. We are looking for a full-time employee, but the schedule is flexible. Our hours of operation are 5:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

　　Reports to: Location manager

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　A partial list of duties include (but are not limited to):

　　• Ensure all restrooms are clean and stocked throughout the day

　　• Ensure breakrooms are clean, tables/counters wiped down, chairs pushed in, clean refrigerator

　　• Empty trash cans

　　• Keep conference room maintained

　　• Restock all supplies and keep track of paper goods and cleaning materials

　　• Refreshment area maintained and monitoring of coffee and any food

　　• Clean windows

　　• Light landscape duties (manage leaves and parking lot debris)

　　• Meeting/event set up and break down

　　• Errands (bank runs, misc. purchases, food pick up), with valid driver license

　　• Sweeping/clean-up (debris, standing water, spills)

　　The utility part of the position will offer support outside of tasks above for either the warehouse or admin team. Examples of additional assistance below will be assigned based on your strengths:

　　• Answer phones

　　• Help customers load orders

　　• Assist counter staff in pulling orders as product knowledge/warehouse familiarity increases

　　• Customer billing/paperwork processing

　　• Customer returns management

　　• Assist in warehouse cleanliness, sweeping, corralling carts, product on shelves aligned
