　　Shift: Day Shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.), Every other weekend

　　Location: Falls Church, VA

　　Pay: We offer competitive pay for LPNs ranging from $28-$35 per hour and for RNs ranging from $39 to $45 per hour plus shift differentials!

　　Job Duties

　　Monitors care delivery on Health Care Center (documentation and clinical environment) for completion and maintain compliance with health department regulations. Recognizes deficiencies and escalates to Director of Nursing to collaborate and assist with correction.

　　Performs audits as assigned by Director of Nursing to support quality monitoring and assists with development of an educational plan to support team education and corrections.

　　Assists the Director of Nursing in disciplinary problems and performance appraisal goal setting for nurses and care partners on HCC.

　　Mentors and assists Health Care Center nurses and care partners with personal growth, training, and job skills.

　　Administers medication and treatments to HCC residents.

　　Coordinate staffing for assigned schedules and assist in finding replacement for call offs.

　　Job Requirements

　　Must be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

　　Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.

　　Must have current CPR certification.
