As our data lead, you'll work with our stellar cross-functional teams to become a data expert on our consumers. You'll dive into the data to identify trends and segments to personalize experiences across our brands like Sensodyne, Advil, TUMS, Centrum and more. As a key member of US Consumer Experience (CX), you will serve as the data lead for the Consumer Engagement team. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to have deep understanding of our consumer data, leverage data-driven insights to enhance our consumer segmentation strategies and drive personalized marketing initiatives to drive growth. You will play a critical role in optimizing consumer experiences and increasing engagement with our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Lead the usage of data, segments and personalization in CRM Marketing. Recommend, activate and operationalize strategic segments to drive engagement, having deep knowledge of our consumer data and how best to leverage 1P, 2P, 3P data
Use consumer understanding to connect in creative ways
Collaborate with internal partners on data-driven projects
Develop personalized experiences across channels
Utilize various data sources, including consumer data, market research and external data sets, to analyze and identify patterns, trends and actionable insights to support segmentation strategies and personalization efforts
Analyze business and consumer data to develop insightful CX solutions that support paid, owned, earned and shared consumer engagement touchpoints along the path to purchase
Proactively identify and recommend strategies and tactics for growing quality and quantity of 1P data that aligns with data best practices
Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., email, web) enhance consumer engagement drive sales
Collaborate with the marketing and CX team to create tailored content, offers, and messaging based on consumer segments and individual preferences
Oversee our 1P consumer data across the Haleon portfolio and have a 360 view of the consumer
Partner with key stakeholders, including tech, operations and privacy, to build and execute process that enables and integrates strategic, responsible, effective and efficient use of data, segmentation and personalization
Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Data Science, Computer Programming or Marketing
8+ years' experience with CRM, marketing and/or IT
CPG experience
Experience in data, segmentation, and personalization
Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and dashboard tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
Experience in digital marketing and consumer journeys
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Proven track record of segmenting and personalizing consumer communications
Experience working with large datasets, presenting that data in meaningful ways and deriving actionable insights; presenting those insights to influence senior leaders
Knowledge of various data structures and common methods in data analytics, as well as: Data management basics (SQL queries, database connections); Data preparation (e.g., data cleaning including filtering and variable transformation); Proficiency in programming language(s) such as SAS, SQL, Python or R
Ability to multi-task with excellent project management skills
Agile, comfort with the unknown, track record of problem solving and willingness to test and learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs to as part of the offering. The salary range for this role is:$135,000 - $165,000 annually.
