　　What You’ll Get to Do:

　　As a Data Scientist supporting the SAFFIRE program, you will be working closely with software developers and teams to establish a consolidated data analytics environment utilizing COTS and FOSS software. Your role will be to collaborate on designing, developing, and implementing custom data analytic solutions and apply data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data. You will be a key member of the team, where the rubber meets the road, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government’s most critical missions, and utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and DevSecOps.

　　You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

　　5+ years of experience working in a computer science, data science, software engineering or related field

　　Currently hold an active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance

　　Excellent programming skills in Python

　　Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and ability to read and understand cutting edge ML research papers

　　Experience implementing, training, and evaluating neural network/deep learning models

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Effective communication skills

　　These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

　　Experience working with Docker and/or Kubernetes

　　Experience working with Kubeflow

　　Knowledge of and experience with Geospatial data and technologies

　　Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)

　　Security+ Certification

　　Experience working with databases and SQL

　　Experience working with Databricks
