　　Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

　　Audit reports and sheets of data

　　Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

　　Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source

　　Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

　　Perform searches on websites for information

　　Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product Requirements - Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

　　Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

　　PDF experience

　　Data entry experience desired

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　Demonstrated typing accuracy
