Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk for our healthcare team based in Long Beach, California. The primary role involves maintaining precise records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries from customers. The role also involves regular monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action

• Coordinate with internal billing team for clarifications on open invoices and lab deposits when required

• Report on merchant deposits on a daily basis

• Update collection activity from Change Healthcare daily, including charges, adjustments, and collections

• Track patient refunds issued by Change Healthcare and update collection status monthly

• Report on lab deposits daily

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and calculations

• Manage email correspondence and file organization efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential

• Strong Customer Service ability is required

• Must possess excellent Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence is necessary

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is expected

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required

• Must be adept at Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations is necessary

• Proficiency in Scanning documents is required

• Must have excellent Typing skills
