Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Tucson, Arizona. This role primarily involves data entry and clerical duties within the industry. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and transferring member files into a new database.

Responsibilities:

• Download and transfer active and non-active member files into a new database

• Manage and maintain accurate data records in the database

• Perform clerical tasks as required

• Efficiently handle data entry tasks

• Address and resolve member inquiries

• Monitor member accounts and take necessary action

• Efficiently multi-task within the set working hours

• Ensure fast and accurate typing for data entry tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks is required

• Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong computer skills, particularly with database and record keeping software

• Experience with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing records

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• High level of organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

• Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
