Description We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The primary function of this role is to manage and maintain our databases with the latest and most accurate information. This includes entering data into our computer systems, maintaining and updating current information, checking databases for any inconsistencies or errors, and resolving them promptly.
Responsibilities:
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Enter data accurately into relevant databases, ensuring all information is correct and up to date
• Monitor and update records to ensure accuracy, organizing files, and collect data to be entered into the computer
• Identify any errors or inconsistencies in the entered data and resolve them promptly
• Safeguard the company’s sensitive information, adhering to confidentiality guidelines at all times
• Administer data backups and maintain data security systems to ensure data protection
• Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database, providing required information efficiently
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required
• Regularly report progress to the management and propose possible enhancements to improve efficiency
• Utilize skills such as customer service, data entry, email correspondence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, organizing files, perform calculations, scanning, and typing. Requirements • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent typing skills
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Familiarity with scanning documents and organizing files in a systematic manner
• Experience in data entry operations
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in email correspondence
• Demonstrated ability to use 10 Key Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
