How you will make an impact
Performing special projects as assigned
Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials
Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities
Ensuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures Requirements - Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High school diploma or equivalent obtained
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Earlier work involving Microsoft Outlook
Good understanding of insurance
Communication experience desired
Microsoft Excel experience
Foundational knowledge in Onsite
Demonstrated knowledge of research
Windows OS experience desired
General familiarity with Microsoft Word
Strong familiarity with documentation
Prior experience with Verification
Practical knowledge of quality
Proficiency in Computer System
Knowledge of data entry
Production experience highly valued
Previous experience working with About Time
Expertise in Interpersonal Skills
Experience with procedures
Experience with Calendar Management
Operating System experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suites
Background working with project management
Review experience highly preferred
Comprehension of Spreadsheets
Adeptness in Policy
Written Communication experience highly desired
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
