Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. _Job Summary_ Collect patient data from medical records and accurately enter information into department database. * Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. * Computer experience and familiarity with databases/data collection REQUIRED. * Experience reviewing medical charts and knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred. * Word processing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, experience with figures, ability to read, speak and write English We take great care of careers.
