Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in structuring capital intensive projects.

　　Experience with any of the following: site selection for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction.

　　Preferred qualifications: MBA degree.

　　Certification in CPA or other relevant professional certifications.

　　Ability to work cross-functionally while coming up with commercially and technically creative solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.

　　As a Data Center Investments Structuring Lead on the Cloud Assets and Portfolio Solutions (CAPS) team, will support Google's infrastructure growth. You'll build and execute portfolio strategies that generate the assets needed to enable data center development, working closely with your Energy and Location Strategy (ELS) regional execution peers, and will present strategies to executive leadership. You will be responsible for structuring strategic decisions for Google's infrastructure asset portfolio for data centers and use it to create comprehensive business cases for our executives. You will be crafting asset portfolio return profiles that inform longterm location strategy and represent the economic impact of our data center infrastructure asset transactions, factoring in the financial, risk, and qualitative aspects of decisions. You will also give presentations to executives, coach at scale, and build efficient decision making frameworks.

　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000-$299,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. 　　Responsibilities

　　Effectively envisions the future for data center location strategy and translates it into a global portfolio with a quantitative return profile Partner closely with internal and external teams to identify, define, and pursue funding partnerships with the data center investment industry necessary to provide pipeline opportunities for Google's data center development needs. Develop and tailor concise, impactful communications to executive audiences, linking critical information to broader strategic goals for informed decisions. Assist with decision making and strategic direction by evaluating and communicating the economic implications of acquisition transactions, ground up development, or strategic partnerships or commercial contracts (like leases, colocation, build to suits) for infrastructure and real estate assets that enable data center use. Through portfolio analysis, refine data center development plans, ensuring optimal alignment with both portfolio and infrastructure needs.
