| Posting Summary | The Community Leadership Center is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist (full-time/temporary). This position focuses in providing support in areas of data and business analytics and reporting. The position will support school data projects as well as business analytics. The position is responsible for organizing data and ensuring that data is accurate and high-quality. The Data Analytics Specialist will analyze, design, and present data in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations make better decisions; Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format; Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction; Collaborate with teams within the business unit; assess historical data to identify existing loopholes and optimize business operations.Position is grant funded. |

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience | Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy. - OR - Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in the discipline. A master's degree in a specialized discipline may be required, particularly in research, project management or managerial positions. Requires a minimum of five years experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role. With a master's degree requirement, a minimum of three years of related experience is acceptable. *Excellent communication skills and computer literacy. |
