　　Responsibilities

　　As a Data Science Intern, you will work closely with Operational Design Center and Data Strategy and Digital Innovation teams in executing data strategy and evolving analytic capabilities to assist Clinical Study teams and related stakeholders. You will your problem-solving ability and technical skills to utilize data from multiple internal and external sources to inform data-driven decisions that result in efficient clinical trial execution. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with teams across the organization, wrangle massive datasets, build data pipelines, as well as develop analytics and visualization tools. Potential project areas include: master data management to support study feasibility; evolve, automate and scale existing analytics; develop new analytics and related visualizations.

　　Who You Are:

　　• Self-motivated individual with a strong interest in data

　　• Fluent in SQL, R & Python. Experience with data science adjacent libraries such as Numpy and Pandas is a plus

　　• Experience with Tableau, Spotfire or other data visualization tools is a plus

　　• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Currently pursuing Masters / Ph.D degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related area of study
