Description

　　Our client in Fridley, MN is looking to add a Data Analytics Coordinator to the team. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

　　Understands contracting and invoicing processes to help reconcile calculate and verify invoices for customers.

　　Works with Program Lead to develop trackers and dashboards to monitor invoicing progress.

　　Communicates with customers finance sales and management on billing/invoicing progress.

　　Helps with customer targeting and statistical analyses on data and information to ensure correct predictive financial forecasting.

　　Assists with customer contract compliance verifies the accuracy of the data and acts as a liaison to the business.

　　You will act as:

　　An individual contributor.

　　Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

　　The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

　　Differentiating Factors:

　　Entry-level individual contributor on a project or work team. Works with close supervision.

　　Delivers work of limited scope typically smaller and less complex projects or related activities.

　　Identifies defines and addresses problems that are not immediately evident but typically not difficult or complex. Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems.

　　Communicates with internal and external contacts.

　　Requirements

　　Proficient in Excel or Access.

　　Use of BI tools for data manipulation and visualization.

　　Pulling lists, counts, reporting.

　　Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

　　Excel, SAP and Power Bi, Visio.
