　　What You Will Do :

　　Guide, mentor, and provide direct leadership to Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants

　　Lead the development of business intelligence (BI) dashboards in PowerBI and/or Tableau across a myriad of different domains such as workforce, finance, procurement, DEIA, grants, etc.

　　Lead the extract, transform, load (ETL) of data across a variety of internal and external data sources to support integration into BI dashboards using open-source programming languages such as R and/or Python

　　Advise the client on recommendations and areas of opportunity as it relates to insights gleaned from analytics products

　　Collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders

　　Lead and support business development and go-to-market analytics initiatives in support of Account Teams across the firm

　　What You Will Need :

　　US Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

　　Bachelor's degree required

　　8+ years of hands-on development experience with business intelligence platforms

　　5+ years of hands-on experience with open-source programming such as R or Python or SQL

　　5+ years of experience leading analytics engagements is required

　　5+ years of consulting experience with the Federal government is required

　　5+ years of hands-on experience providing proposal writing support, go-to-market support, and interfacing with prospective new clientele as it relates to the field of data analytics

　　What Would Be Nice To Have :

　　Master's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or Data Science is preferred

　　3+ years of experience developing predictive models

　　Knowledge and expertise of AI/ML techniques

　　Experience working in both on-prem and cloud environments such as AWS/Azure

　　The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
