Providesvalue added services through the generation of reports and analyses thathelp inform leadership with accurate, insightful, and actionable data.Provides recommendations for continuous improvement in data, format, andaccessibility to maximize knowledge and decision making based on theinformation available. Promotes high quality reports and analyses thatsupport improvement initiatives and strategic priorities. Promotes dataliteracy, prioritizes requests, maintains timelines, and helps to ensurethe accuracy and validity of data. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 years in an analyst orcoordinator/specialist role that required translation of data intoconsumable information is required. Directly related experience ispreferred. Prior experience with excel and story telling with data ispreferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Knowledge of computer principles at alevel normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in arelevant technology field or acquired through a combination of educationand experience is required. Bachelors degree in Finance, Analytics,Informatics, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, HeathcareAdministration, Human Resources or Business is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLSDESCRIPTION: Working knowledge in one or more of the following:quantitative analysis, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularlyExcel. Detail oriented with the ability to synthesize information frommultiple sources. Demonstrates excellent follow-up skills and theability to take initiative as well as a proactive problem-solvingapproach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability tolisten and convey messages in a clear, concise, and empathetic mannerusing the appropriate communication medium. Team oriented with goodinterpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively withpeers and customers. Comfortable providing input and alternate views ina constructive way.
