　　The Red Gate Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OSD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech). In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing expert advice on cybersecurity resiliency for Small and Medium Manufacturers (SMMs), recommending policies, legislation, tools, technologies, and training to bolster their cybersecurity posture.

　　Your influence extends to monitoring emerging cybersecurity technologies from MSTP and MII efforts, facilitating their dissemination, and implementing them across the domestic manufacturing base. Leverage your expertise in interpreting cybersecurity laws, regulations, policies, and standards to guide ManTech in recommending approaches for manufacturers supporting DoD.

　　Required Experience & Skills

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related technical field

　　Seven (7) years’ recent and relevant experience.

　　Familiar with oversight, governance, and management of cybersecurity programs, organizations, systems, or enclaves

　　Skill in communicating with senior leaders (e.g., interpersonal skills, approachability, effective listening, appropriate use of style and language).
