The Cybersecurity Intern will work directly with the Nordson cybersecurity team on our ongoing vulnerability remediation program, and will have an opportunity to learn the incident management process.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities* Learn the cybersecurity escalation process.* Assist the cybersecurity team in continuous improvement projects as assigned.* Learn the vulnerability monitoring, reporting, and remediation process.* Assist the cybersecurity team in reporting on and managing vulnerability remediation enhancements.* Learn the ServiceNow ticketing process and ticket resolution process.* Assist the cybersecurity team in resolving user tickets for cybersecurity related requests.Education and Experience Requirements* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline* Basic knowledge of Information Systems, tools, documentation, and data analysis* Have Information Systems related experience gained from academic study and related intern/co-op work* Sustained excellence in academic performanceSkills and Abilities* Must be a full-time student in good academic standing.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Maintain good (digital) citizenship* Must uphold, enforce, and abide by all Nordson policies.* Exhibits the characteristics of a continuous learnerNordson Corporation provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
