  Summary:

  Reviews, analyzes and responds to alerts from the Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM) or other Information Security tools and information sources. Develops and improves incident response playbooks. Works with the security team to help develop and implement policies. Monitors information sources to stay up to date on current attacks and trends. Performs operational tasks with Information Security tools. Triages incoming tickets for the Information Security department.

  Salary range for this position is $100,761 - $124,107 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

  Qualifications:

  Required Education and Experience

  1. Master's degree in Information Security, Information Technology or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in information security or a related field; or

  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in information security or a related field; or

  3. Associate's degree in Information Security, Information Technology or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in information security or a related field; or

  4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in information security or a related field.

  NOTE:

  Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  The preferred candidate will have prior logrhythem experience, incident response plan design experience, prior experience in a healthcare setting, prior incident response experience and SOC management experience.
