Key Responsibilities:
• Develop government test plans, schedules, and reports of cyber test and evaluation, to include developmental test, operational test, cyber table top, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Assist the Government in the technical assessments of prototype projects/programs and pursue collaborative reviews with functional leads.
• Develop, review and provide analysis of cyber test & evaluation activities, identifying vulnerabilities, mitigation and risk determination.
• Provide appropriate assessment of development contractors cyber test and evaluation plans, CDRLs, schedule and readiness, as requested.
• Identify integration opportunities for maturing capabilities within the program.
• Review and provide cyber test and evaluation language for program protection plan, statement of works, request for proposals, interoperability, test, acquisition strategy documents, systems engineering plans, and other acquisition deliverables to support programs through their acquisitions lifecycle.
• Advise and support the joint interoperability process, to include the Information Support Plan development through final approval.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering
• 5+ years of demonstrated system test experience
• Experienced writing and delivering technical documents and briefings to peers, management, and the customer at all levels
• Lead short-term independent teams to accomplish cybersecurity tasks and testing.
• Background in DoD, Air Force and/or U.S. Space Force system test
• Strong understanding of risk analysis and mitigation fundamentals, cybersecurity tool suites, and cybersecurity engineering implementation and processes
• Basic understanding of the principles and implementation of RMF, how it impacts the development, deployment, and secure operation of DoD IT systems
• An active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $115,000 to $125,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
