　　Job Title: Cyber Security Expert

　　Responsibilities:

　　Cyber Security Defensive Activities:

　　Lead and actively participate in cyber security defensive activities to ensure the organization's digital assets are secure and resilient against evolving threats.

　　Network Security Expertise:

　　Possess a deep understanding of network security architecture and design.

　　Implement security designs, conduct post-implementation testing, and perform integrity checking to maintain a robust security posture.

　　Threat Identification and Defensive Measures:

　　Identify and analyze potential threats, developing effective defensive measures.

　　Evaluate system changes for security implications and contribute to the creation of cyber security white papers.

　　Cyber Security Incident Response Management:

　　Manage and lead the cyber security incident response team in the event of security incidents.

　　Provide support to cyber security operations staff for resolution of complex cyber security issues.

　　Security Parameter Configuration:

　　Provide clear instructions for configuring security parameters on Windows or Linux platforms.

　　Manage patches, host-based firewalls, Iptables (Linux), and other security-related configurations.

　　Network Security Architecture Installation and Configuration:

　　Support the installation and configuration of network security architectures.

　　Configure NGFW firewalls, router ACLs, web content filtering, and DLP solutions.

　　Hands-On Experience:

　　Configure NGFW firewalls with various security policies, intrusion prevention mechanisms, whitelisting, and blacklisting.

　　Deploy anti-virus and malware protection and implement host-based intrusion prevention mechanisms.

　　Technical Proficiency:

　　Demonstrate expertise in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).

　　Possess working knowledge of security components such as SIEM, patch management, and user account management,Network Monitoring System and Syslog Configuration

　　Hands-on experience in the installation and configuration of Network Monitoring Systems (e.g., Nagios).

　　Configure Syslog (e.g., Rsyslog) for effective log management.

　　Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems for critical business applications.

　　Design, implement, and manage Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) to monitor and optimize network performance.

　　Expert in Antivirus Configuration like Trellix/McAfee epo etc

　　Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the overall network infrastructure.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　3-5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security (for Cyber Security Expert).

　　Preferred Certifications:

　　CCNA/CCNP, ISO27001, CEH, Vendor-specific certifications.

　　Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE or equivalent.

　　Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible).

　　Basic knowledge of database systems (Oracle database, SQL queries), especially in a Linux environment.
