Cyber Operations for Space Analyst and Technical WriterThe Opportunity:As part of the Cyber Operations Analyst & Technical Writer Team, the goalis to provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and relevant expertisebased on the requirement. Your responsibilities will include, developing andmaturing operational documentation.Working as a team and with the client,you will be response for drafting operational instructions (OIs),standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation supportingSpace mission systems. These documents will be drafted using best practices,compliance policy, documentation standards, frameworks, and vocabularyto include DoD guidance, and the Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM).Additionally, you and the Team are the Subject Matter Experts (SME) tothe client. As a SME, you and the team will provide advice and expertise todevelop non-recurring analysis of the current organization's operationalmission and adherence to ESM principles. Your tasks will include definingorganizational alignment at Strategic to Tactical levels, evaluate anddevelop areas of improvement to ensure continuity of effort in maintainingaccreditation, perform substantive studies and analysis to define Return onInvestment regarding cyberspace defense capital purchases, and evaluatecurrent maturity based on ESM and develop improvements to the assigned cyberarea of responsibility. Lastly, you are responsible for providing knowledgetransfer for drafting cyberspace defense information documents. You Have:10+ years of experience with general IT5+ years of experience as a Cyberspace AnalystExperience with a DoD agencyAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeTS/SCI ClearanceBachelor's degree in Cyber, Computer Science, or Information SystemTechnologiesDOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:Experience with developing CONOPS, CONPLANs, OPORDs or OPLANs,fragmentary orders, execute orders, and other MDMP or JOPP planning productsExperience with Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) for Space (DOC-S)Experience with Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP)Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with DoD Head Quarters LevelKnowledge of current Cyberspace operations tactics, techniques, andprocedures (TTPs)Ability to edit functional descriptions, system specifications, usermanuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables and documentsAbility to collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals,training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reportsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster's Degree in Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies
