　　The Arc Mid-Hudson, one of the largest employers in the Hudson Valley, with over 1500 employees across Ulster, Greene, Columbia, and Putnam counties, has an immediate opening for a full-timeCut N Crew Operation Supervisorwho will oversee our Cut N Crew lawn team in Putnam County.

　　Our Cut N Crew team offers lawn services including regular maintenance, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, trimming, pruning and weeding.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　· Supervise, train, and work alongside Utility Workers demonstrating the proper use of all of tools & equipment used during each job.

　　· Ensure all proper safety precautions are followed.

　　· Scheduling, assigning, and completion of all work orders in a professional and timely manner, and in accordance with established safety standards, including but not limited to: lawn care, planting, racking, painting, spackling, sanding, snow shoveling, furniture removal, heavy cleaning and other services that have been requested.

　　· Ensure all equipment is cleaned, serviced, secured, (including truck and trailers, inspections and registrations of trailers and truck) and ready to be used for the next job.

　　· Ensure all supplies are ordered and available for each day’s work.

　　· Submit billing for services completed.

　　· Handle complaints from The Arc Mid-Hudson programs.

　　· Complete for staff reports for accidents and injuries.

　　· Ability to maintain assigned vehicle, trailer, and equipment by completing daily vehicle checks and maintenance schedule, reporting any problems to supervisor.

　　· Comply with and maintain established departmental and agency Policy and Procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and established safety standards.

　　· Responsible for adhering to safe operating procedures of all equipment and must also adhere to wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

　　· Attend job related meetings and trainings as scheduled.

　　· May be requested to perform other duties as they relate to Agency operations.

　　HOURS: 40 hours weekly – Monday thru Friday, 8a-4p with flexibility

　　Starting Salary: $20.05 - $23.36 per hour plus additional shift differentials as applicable

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　· High School Diploma and one (1) year experience with the D.D. population

　　· Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in all types of weather conditions.

　　· Some knowledge of landscaping, painting, and general maintenance tasks and the ability to teach others these skills.

　　· Must have a valid New York State driver’s license that meets the insurable criteria of the agency’s automobile insurance company.
