Description

Robert Half is searching for a Customer Support Specialist to assist a growing company in Portland. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and prior experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.

Provide information about products and services.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

Experience in customer support or as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
