About Customer Support Specialist

  HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems. High voltage plays an important role in reliable and energy efficient power systems.

  As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

  Project management in various scale and levelCustomer contact will be a big part of your daily work (both verbal and writing)Internal coordination (planning and production)Project documentation System handling in ERP systemCustomer visits both within Sweden and abroadWitnessing of routine tests in the workshopFlexible working conditions, office, and home office possibleLiving Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

  We highly value your personality and see that you are structured, able to think critically and willing to learnYou are a natural problem solver, who enjoys meeting new challengesYou have great social skills, and you contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphereHigh school education or other experiencesKnowledge in contracts, delivery and payment terms is a meritGood skills in using Microsoft OfficeFluency in English and Swedish is required, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a merit.
