  Primary Responsibilities

  Demonstrate critical thinking skills, that with guidance and standard work be able to provide solutions to recognized business problems.

  Demonstrate the ability to learn and utilize resident SAP systems.

  Display good problem solving skills and make effective individual decisions on routine problems.

  Create and deliver information and status type presentations to peers and lower management and may include external audiences.

  Customer interface activities related to providing price quotes, purchase order status and other related order entry functions (including airplane on the ground (AOG) situations.)

  Will orchestrate activities with other support teams (Spares fulfillment center, provisioning, pricing, traffic, IT, E-commerce department) related to airline, MRO and Distributors to support delivery of orders.

  Daily interface with external customers (via phone and e-mail) as well as the internal pricing departments, logistics team, and Business Development Directors.

  Basic Qualifications

  Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract

  Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role.Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

  Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

  Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

  Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

  This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
