Description We are in search of a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner

• Assist customers with their needs and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Perform billing functions accurately and efficiently

• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Process claims and ensure all customer records are up-to-date and accurate

• Use strong typing and communication skills to effectively correspond with customers

• Uphold a customer-oriented approach in all tasks and interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing high-quality customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively, solving their queries and issues efficiently.

• Proficiency in managing billing functions, including invoice generation, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
