About Customer Success Manager - Spain/Italy/LATAM

  We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As part of the Customer Success team in the Spanish market, you are responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions. You will work closely with the Sales, Account Management and technical teams. You will be the CRO expert guiding the customer through the best practices & learnings. This position will cover clients in the Spain/Italy/LATAM/Portugal markets. 

  Note: This candidate must speak Italian & Spanish fluently, with a working proficiency in English.

  What you will do:Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementationHelp build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customersUndertake operational and methodological training for major accountsSupport clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaignsAnalyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis. Previous experience with CRO tools is a plus  (ABTasty, Content Square, Optimize, Optimizely, Kameleoon, VWO, etc...)Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contractionHelp the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)

  What we're looking for:University degree in Business, Economics, IT or MarketingMinimum of 3 years working experience in a related digital fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAnalytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable testing ideasMinimum knowledge of CSS and HTML is required. Javascript is a plus!Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-mindedAbility to travel Native in Spanish & Italian, working proficiency in English
