JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate OfficeStarting hourly wage: \$19.18/hr The Part Time Department Coordinator isresponsible for directly assisting in all aspects of complex andconfidential functions and reports. Assist in the endeavor to provideprofessional and superior customer support, product implementation, andproduct usage to ensure the highest level of customer/employeesatisfaction, retention, and growth. Also helps the department and itsstaff as applicable and directed by managers. Department Coordinatorsserve as a point of contact and link between employees, internaldepartments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, andcustomers. They handle clerical and administrative duties, analyze, andimprove office processes and policies, and ensure that the officeoperates smoothly. This includes but is not limited to, using advancedoffice software capabilities, and assisting staff. The individualdemonstrates rapid skill acquisition.
