Tek Systems is hiring a Customer Service/Claims Assistant to start working as soon as possible!
Description
Looking for one customer service/claims assistants to support their claims department.
You will answers calls on the switchboard, make proper connections to requested personnel/department and/or provide routine information to callers.
Initially you will be working in the Total Loss Department assisting with the insurance claim process.
Will also be processing work fax/emails from customers to update their documents on file.
A lot of reviewing documents through fax/email.
Eventually will be taking calls from third party insurance providers, but will work their way into that role.
Work Environment
Required to work in office in Colorado Springs, CO 80920
Cubicle setting but will be working with a team of around 10 individuals
Hours are 8:00 to 5:00 pm MST
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of customer service in an office or call center environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Strong communication skills
