  What will you be doing?

  What will you bring?

  The Customer Service Team Leaders manage and develop the Client Specialist team to ensure that performance targets and objectives are achieved to deliver exceptional customer experience.

  To be successful in this role you will:

  Have a demonstrated track record in successfully managing a teamManage individual and team performance to support, coach and mentor towards objectives. Be able to empower the team through feedback and development.Prioritise and monitor the team's performance and SLA and manage staff resources dependant on the varying workloads.Be analytical and proactively review team member work to assess quality, service levels and compliance.Validate that process, procedures and practices are followed to ensure the team are providing exceptional customer service at all times across all communications. Provide management with monthly MI on the team's performance.Be able to work collaboratively and autonomously whilst building relationships across the business.Induction of new starters to the team following the welcome to Unum onboarding framework.Partner with management team to provide feedback on overall quality and accuracy of work.Have exceptional written and verbal communications.Have strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
