Job Description OverviewBlueWater Federal is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, Ohio area. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.ResponsibilitiesEnter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request.Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.QualificationsAssociates degree is preferred.Must have an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning.At BlueWater Federal Solutions, a Tetra Tech company, health and safety play a vital role in our success.
