Description We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist! Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships? This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue.

　　Develop, track, and analyze customer satisfaction metrics

　　Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty

　　Train/coach customer-facing staff to improve customer service and loyalty

　　Brainstorm and implement strategies to improve the customer experience

　　Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence

　　Solution for complex problems and issues Requirements - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills

　　Advanced ability in business writing, including the use of email correspondence

　　Familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs

　　Prior customer service/call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment

　　Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
