  Job Specifications:

  Job Type: Contact going through July with possible extensions

  Location: Chattanooga, TN

  Pay Rate: $18/hour

  Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6PM

  -Training- Will be fully onsite and then role will move to remote

  ** Must be local to the Chattanooga location

  What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Support Representative? You’ll be:

  • Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Handling customer service inquiries and addressing problems via telephone, chat, and email

  • Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented for future reference

  • Educating callers to ensure resolution is achieved on the first contact

  • Interacting with customers through various channels, including chat, phone, and email

  • Successfully passing required testing to demonstrate proficiency in customer service support

  • Maintaining consistent participation and attendance as mandated by the company

  • Adhering to assigned schedules and demonstrating flexibility for rotational shifts

  • Willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer needs

  This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service support role

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Can work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations

  • Have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
