Customer Service Representative - Part Time

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide concierge-type service to facilitate customer support for general questions on partsand accessories order status, account activity, warranty information, and technical service.

　　Answer a high volume of calls from customers and end users to provide timely and accurateinformation to incoming customer questions and product knowledge requests.

　　Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

　　Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

　　Maintain account information in CRM system, including logging all calls.

　　Assume responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.

　　Convey information to customers using professional telephone and effective business writing skills

　　with an excellent grasp of grammar.

　　Exhibit solid interpersonal skills and maintain composure when faced with difficult situationsand personalities.

　　Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as required.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　Education: High School Diploma Required, Associates degree preferred

　　Years of experience: ClerOff2: 0-2 years of experience required; ClerOff3: 2 or more years relevant experience required

　　Software knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
