　　Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or serviceDocument call-related information for auditing and reporting purposesMaintain and update customer information as necessaryUpsell current customers on new or enhanced servicesJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDCustomer service experience requiredStrong computer navigational skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional listening/comprehension skillsProfessional and courteousCustomer orientedWork Environment- Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
