Randstad In partnership with Lennox has an immediate for multiple Customer Service Representatives to work within their call center, assisting with HVAC equipment and service orders. Lennox International, Inc. is a provider of indoor climate-control solutions. The company manufactures and markets its products for residential and commercial applications. Lennox International, Inc. is headquartered in Richardson, TX, and operates globally through its subsidiaries and a network of independent dealers.
Customer Service Class Start Date: 2/26
Training Hours: 8AM to 5PM
Shift Hours: 9:30AM to 6:30PM
Training will be held in person. After training is complete, can work remotely on Fridays (Monday - Thursday will remain in-office).

Responsibilities
Handles high-volume inbound calls relating to:
processing of new orders
providing updates on existing orders
assisting with order placement by verifying product pricing and availability
roubleshooting problems, including initiating standard actions for repairs and returns
May respond to e-mail inquiries. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Provides support to lower level staff on non-standard cases where policy and practice are not formalized or documented and individual case determination may be required.
Refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation. May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.
Customer service is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
Qualifications:
High school Diploma required - Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service, call center experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel for data entry
Ability to learn and understand technical terminology
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
General knowledge of HVAC products and services preferred
