JOB DESCRIPTION
As Customer Service Representative Assistant Ivory Coast, you will be responsible for the order to cash of BIC products in Ivory Coast Domestic Market.Working closely with Sales team, the Logistics Coordinator & the Third-Party Logistics Supplier, you will ensure the reception of orders, the keying of orders in the system and the monitoring of the orders until the delivering to the customer following BIC’s condition requirements. you will as well be responsible for the claims treatment.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Customers by proposing replacement items in case of OOS ( out of stock) , enter daily customer orders’ in JDE in a timely manner ensuring prices, discounts and customer conditions are updated, to avoid delayed payment caused by pricing errors.
Liaise with third-party logistics provider to ensure proper preparation, shipment and delivery of customer order to the final destination, ensuring that appropriate documents are at the right place at the right time.
Receive, investigate and answer customers’ claims, respecting a resolution time committed, ensure a daily follow-up of outstanding claims and manage customers’ returns ensuring credit notes are created and validated on a timely basis.
Prepare reports, analyze the main gaps, share the status with the line manager and attend monthly operational meetings to address common issues
Ensure proper preparation and deposit of the invoices at customers’ level and make sure of daily archiving of shipping documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You have a BAC+2/3 level or equivalent completed in relevant field (Logistics & Transportation preferred)
You have 6 months to 2 years experience in Customer Service
You have the ability to organize and coordinate activities and also to manage (at times) intense workload & to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
You are customer oriented and you have good negociation skills
You are a team player; able to relate to suppliers, customers and colleagues
You understand ERP functionalities and Supply Chain activities
You have an appetite for continuous improvement and you are solution driven
You have a good level in Microsoft Office Excel
You are able to work in fast-paced environment and in a diverse and multicultural environment
FMCG Experience is a plus
Speaking English is a plus
Knowledge on JDE orders modules is a plus
