Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in Aurora, Illinois. This role is crucial to our manufacturing operations and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service operations, processing customer orders, and providing product support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate responses

• Efficiently process customer orders into the ERP system

• Keep active correspondence with customers to assist with order status, product issues and technical support

• Carry out data entry tasks with high attention to detail

• Oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, delivering top-notch customer service

• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word to accomplish daily tasks

• Apply your customer service skills to improve customer satisfaction

• Use your order entry skills to ensure efficient order processing. Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Service is needed, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Proficient in Data Entry, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in Order Entry, ensuring prompt and correct processing of customer orders.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
