Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. You'll be processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. This role also involves working closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements
• Communicate up-to-date information to our customers in coordination with procurement and logistics departments
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 staff as they handle routine customer interactions
• Handle escalated customer issues that require a deeper level of expertise
• Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with frustrated customers, and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, handle forecasting and EXCELLENT EXCEL SKILLS
• Provide accurate and detailed responses to complex questions regarding our products, services, or technical issues.
Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Excellent data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, specifically with functions such as Pivot Table, Power Pivot, and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with strong document creation and editing skills.
• Experience in order entry processes and systems.
• Ability to effectively schedule appointments, managing and prioritizing multiple bookings.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and NetSuite CRM, with experience in managing purchase orders.
