Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused representative to join our client's rapidly growing team. This role is for individuals who are passionate about providing exemplary customer service and helping to improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via the phone, email or social media

Provide product and service information to customers, and identify upselling opportunities when appropriate

Process orders, forms, and applications with accuracy

Escalate customer feedback reports to relevant departments when needed

Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with customers at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed customer service goals

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

High school diploma; college degree preferred
