Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Cumming, Georgia. As a member of our team, you will be primarily involved in the customer service sector, handling various tasks related to customer interaction, data management, and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in detailed conversations with customers attending pet clinic appointments to gather feedback about their experiences.

• Proactively answer inbound calls and maintain a high level of customer service.

• Efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls as part of the customer service process.

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring an organized and efficient system is maintained.

• Manage data entry tasks related to customer information and appointment details.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data and correspondence.

• Handle order entry tasks as part of the customer service process.

• Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service

• Accurate data entry abilities

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication

• Proficiency in order entry procedures

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and maintain organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
