Customer Service Representative (Chantilly, VA)

Hourly Rate: $16-$18 per hour

Shifts: Day, Weekend, and Evening Shifts Available

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Handle product and service-related questions and concerns

Process orders and track customer shipments

Assist customers with returns and exchanges

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues

Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
