FedPoint,is currently seeking 6Customer ServiceRepresentatives(Temporary)to respond to e-mails and answer in-boundand place out-bound telephone inquiries for a variety of employeebenefit related requests such as:
Online login or navigation issuesProgram enrollmentsEnrollment modifications/changesDemographic updatesEligibility mattersBenefit programs payment methods and statusEnrollment or plan changesExplanation of rate changesExplanation of Program rules/regulations, etc.Additional project work as neededAs a temp Customer Service Representative at FedPoint, youll utilize ourcutting-edge web-based Customer Service System and peripheral systems toefficiently obtain the required information. Your research skills andsound judgment will be essential when releasing discretionaryinformation to callers. Additionally, youll have the opportunity toproactively reach out to existing customers to obtain, verify, andupdate their information, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
Call center or administrative experience strongly preferred!
To be considered for a fully remote role you must reside in thefollowing 13 states:
AZ, CT, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MS, NH, NC, SC, TN, VA
We are seeking individuals with the availability for training Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm (exact training hours mayvary) for the week of October 21st.
Required to pass certification after the 1 week training.
Full time and Part time hours available.
Part-time hours may be from 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm Monday through Friday
Target start date is October 21st. This is a 6 month temporary role.(Permanent positions may be available after term)
