The ideal candidate is passionate about building solid client-customer relationships and strives to always help others. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about the available products/services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to navigate and utilize customer service software efficiently.

Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
